Working Homes is exploring a 20-acre parcel in Joseph zoned R2, allowing for multi-family housing. We are exploring options for this parcel while diligently including the community in the planning and conceptual development. We held two community meetings over the summer of 2023 and will convene additional community meetings to ensure local needs and values are reflected in the site plan and housing designs. This property is under contract with potential closing in the spring of 2024.
